Slow Cooker Slimming World Tuscan Bean Soup Recipe – Syn Free

Note:  Since posting this recipe  , I have been told someone’s great news on Facebook that they ate this once a day for four days and lost 3lb!  I would love to hear your update too, so please post below!

Recipe – Serves 6-8
Ingredients
2 onions, diced
3 celery sticks, chopped
4 carrots, peeled & diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 litres of water
4 vegetable or chicken stock cubes
2 400g tins of baked beans
1 400g tin of kidney beans, drained
1 400g tin of mixed bean salad, drained
1 tsp paprika
1 small cabbage, shredded
Cayenne pepper
Seasoning
160g orzo pasta or rice
Method
  1. Throw everything in to the slow cooker except the orzo) and set on low overnight (approx 6-7 hours) or high for 3-4.
  2. Stir in the orzo or rice and set to high for 30 mins or until cooked
  3. Season to taste and serve.
