In a large frying pan sprayed with frylight cook the onions, carrots and celery until soft. Add the minced beef and cook until brown.</div>

Add the origano, tomato puree, stock and salt and pepper.<br />
Stir well cover and cook for 40 minutes on a medium heat.<br />
Once cooked leave aside to cool.</div>

When cooled fill the pasta tubes with the meat sauce.</div>

In an ovenproof dish spoon some of the napoli sauce in the dish.<br />
Add the filled tubes to the dish.<br />
Once all the filled tubes are in cover with napoli sauce.<br />
Top with cheese and cook at 160ºc for 40 minutes.</div>

In a frying pan sprayed with frylight cook the sausages. When cooked leave aside to cool.</div>

Frylight another pan and cook the onions, mushrooms and bacon.<br />
When cooked add the beans, passata, salt and pepper.<br />
Cook for about 10 minutes.</div>

In an ovenproof dish spoon some of the beans mixture into the dish.<br />
Add a layer of lasagne sheets and repeat 2-3 times.</div>

Slice the sausages and place on top of the bean mixture on the top layer.</div>

Pour the eggs of the top and sprinkle the cheese evenly.</div>

Cook in a Preheated oven at 180ºc for about 20 minutes. Remove fron the oven and place the tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with the mix herbs and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.</div>

This recipe is for baked oats and is my all time fave for breakfast. It
is so filling and you can change what you add to it every day to keep it
different.<br />

35g plain porridge oats (free if using as healthy extra or 6 syns if not)<br />
5g sweetener (free)<br />
125g muller light yogurt (free)<br />
1 egg (free)<br />

Method:<br />
<br />
1. If using frozen prawns, ensure they are thoroughly defrosted before using them.<br />
2. Mix tomato sauce, lighter than light mayo and the lemon juice together in a bowl.<br />
3. Add the desired amount of prawns and coat in the sauce.<br />
4. Chop some iceberg lettuce, a handful of cherry tomatoes and cucumber to make the salad.<br />
5. You could serve the prawns with a jacket potato which would be free,
or use your healthy extra b choice by having it in a 60g whole meal
roll. Or simply have it on its own with the salad.<br />
6. Sprinkle paprika over prawns once they are on the plate.<br />

Method:<br />
<br />
1. Preheat oven to 200/180 fan. Put garlic, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and Harissa powder in a bowl and mix together.<br />
<br />
2. Slice the chicken breasts in half (through the width) and add to the bowl, coating the chicken in the sauce.<br />
<br />
3. Put the chicken in a baking tray and pour over any remaining sauce. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.<br />
<br />
4. Cook the rice as per the instructions on the packet.<br />
<br />
5. Boil asparagus in water for 5 minutes and serve.<br />
<br />
Remember... Dried rice has no syn value but most microwaveable rice pouches incur syns.<br />

This dish is very filling and has so many flavours. The Harissa powder
packs a bit of a punch, so if you would prefer a more mild meal leave it

<b>Method</b>:<br />
Spray a larger frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place the chicken breasts in smooth side down and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side over a low to medium heat. Set the chicken aside on a plate and cover with tin foil<br />
spray another large frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place over a medium heat and add the onions, chilli, garlic and ginger cook for 2 minutes. add a little more low calorie cooking spray if needed. Now add the ground coriander, cumin and turmeric and fry for another minute.<br />
Stir in the lemon juice, stock and vinegar.<br />
Add the chicken pieces, bring to the boil, reduce the heat to low to medium and cook and cook for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is tender.<br />
If the sauce dries out too quickly add a little more stock and turn the heat down a touch.<br />
top with some fresh coriander and slices of lemon.<br />
<br />
Serve with boiled rice and steamed pak choi.<br />

I’ve been meaning to Paella for quite some time and while our half
done kitchen is yet again in complete chaos with the builders in, I
wanted something that only used one pan. However, what I didn’t realise
is that I ideally needed paella rice but if you don’t either, then fear
no more, there’s a recipe here for you using basmati instead. <span id="more-3385"></span><strong><em>Side Note: Different rices have different cooking times and water needed.</em></strong><br />

<li>Spray a large, deep non-stick pan with frylight and brown off the diced chicken over medium heat.</li>
<li>Add the onions and garlic and lower the heat to a medium to low to soften the onions, stirring here and there</li>
<li>Now add the pepper, tomato puree, spices and seasoning, giving everything a good coating and cook for a further 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Pour in the water and pop in the bay leaf, add the rice and simmer and stir frequently around 20 minutes.</li>
<li>Stir in 1/2 tsp of lemon juice and serve.</li>

<li>400g skinned chicken breast (cut in to smallish bite size pieces)</li>
<li>1 tsp cumin seeds</li>
<li>1 diced onion</li>
<li>1 red pepper, diced</li>

<li>1 garlic clove, minced</li>
<li>2cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated</li>
<li>1 tbsp curry powder</li>
<li>1/4 tsp mild chilli powder</li>
<li>1 tsp ground coriander</li>
<li>1 tsp ground cumin</li>
<li>2 tbsp water</li>
<li>400g tin of chopped tomatoes</li>
<li>1/4 tsp salt</li>
<li>1 tbsp of dried coriander leaf</li>

Spray a large frying pan with frylight and gently fry the cumin seeds for 3 minutes until starting to smoke gently.<br />
Now add all the vegetables and saute until the onions have softened.<br />
Add all of the spices and salt (hold back the coriander leaf) and cook for another two minutes, then add the chicken and 1 tbsp of the water, place a lid on top and cook on a medium to low heat for a further 10 minutes.<br />
Then pour in the tomatoes, stir in the remaining coriander amd 1 tbsp of water and replace lid to cook for a final 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.<br />
We enjoyed ours with syn free egg friend rice and tasted far better than some of the SW curries from the free recipe leaflets you can pick up at group. Thumbs up from us!<br />

You could certainly eat the casserole alone, or if you wanted to be that little bit naughty using your healthy extras, why not try making enchiladas?<br style="box-sizing: inherit;" />Just grab a large roasting tin, fill up 4 tortillas (HE only) with the casserole and 2 sausages in each, close the wraps by folding over two of the edges and spoon any leftovers on top. Finish by topping with a sprinkling of lower fat grated cheese (HE) and bake on gas mark 4 for 30-40 minutes. These were incredible!</div>

Instructions<br />
<br />
Heat the extra-virgin olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.<br />
Add the onion, rosemary and salt and pepper, to taste.<br />
Cook the onions until sweet and soft, 8 to 10 minutes.<br />
Stir in the tomato puree for 1 minute.<br />
Add the stock, then stir in the beans and reduce the heat to low until the beans are cooked through.<br />
Adjust the seasoning and turn the beans out into a serving bowl.<br />
Keep warm until ready to serve.</center>

Mix 35g of porridge oats with any flavour toffee and leave in fridge overnight.<br />
Next morning stir in sweetener (to your taste) and mix with one egg then fry them off in fry light.<br />
They are quite fiddly so measure each pancake out with a teaspoon - makes about 12 that way..<br />

<b>Instructions</b><br />

Preheat oven to 180c and line 2 sandwich tins, spray with fry light.<br />
Whisk the eggs whites in one bowl until they reach the soft peak stage.<br />
In another bowl whisk together the egg yolks, 4 tbsp sweetener, half the tub of quark, baking powder and the vanilla extract. Then whisk in half the egg whites.<br />
Fold in the remaining egg whites with a metal spoon.<br />
Tip the mixture into 2 sandwich tins which have been lined with baking parchment and sprayed with fry light.<br />
Bake in the oven until well risen, golden brown and a skewer comes out clean, approx 20 mins. It will sink when you take it out so don't be alarmed.<br />
Leave to cool for 5 mins then turn out and peel off the baking paper and place on a cooling rack to cool entirely.<br />
Meanwhile take the other half of the quark and mix with 1 tbsp of sweetener. You can also add fromage frais at this stage too.<br />
Spread half of the mixture on top of one cake and put the rest of the mixture on top and decorate with more fruit.<br />

Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°F/Gas 7. Spray a medium-sized, ovenproof dish with low calorie cooking spray.<br />
Boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain return to the pan and mash. Set aside until needed.<br />
Spray a large non-stick frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and stir-fry the onions, leeks and peas over a medium heat for 6-8 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened.<br />
Add the mashed potatoes, garlic, parsley, thyme eggs, stock and half the cheese, season and stir to combine.<br />
Spoon the mixture into the prepared ovenproof dish and scatter over the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.</div>
